Dear Parents,

Welcome to Sacred Heart Preschool for the 2024/2025 school year!

Enclosed in your preschool letter you will find:

(Please return those forms with an asterisk by them as soon as possible)

A tuition statement is also enclosed.  Tuition is due at the beginning of each quarter.  If this does not work for you, please contact me about a payment plan.  Snacks will be paid at the beginning of each month; we will keep track and give you credit toward the next month if a snack has been missed.  Lunches will be paid in advance in the school office.  Please consider applying for the free and reduced lunch program.  This information is kept confidential and may really help reduce your lunch bill.  Enclosed is a free and reduced application form. Please return to school by July 15.

The preschool will follow the Sacred Heart school calendar (available and updated on www.fcsacredheart.org).  If Sacred Heart is let out for bad weather, we will also dismiss preschool.  Sue Ebel is the after school daycare provider from 3:10-5:30 at the rate of $2.00 per hour.

Our first day of school will be Thursday, August 15.  There will be an Open House for all families on August 13 from 5:00-6:30.  You can come check out the classroom and the rest of the school.  You may also return any remaining forms at this time.  If you have questions you may call/text me at (402) 801-0120 or Cathy at school (402) 245-4151.  You may also email me at alicia-schock@cdolinc.net.
